Cancellation & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your account activation, HostLu will refund your hosting fee subject to the money-back guarantee terms listed under the agreement. Refunds are not available for customers after the 14 days of account start. You can cancel your account at any time in order to ensure that your account is not new. You will need to make contact with clients’ service & verify information in case any cancellation takes place. You will be charged in full for the month you canceled your account. For accounts that do not have any balance you can send for the collections & all services will be terminated, including domain registrations. Refunds are never presented for domain registrations. The Domain Names transferred to our service gain an additional year of registration and are considered domain registration. All the domain registration fees are detailed on our Domain Registration Pricing Sheet. The Domain names of clients that leave our hosting service will be refunded the package price total less the domain registration fee if the client leaves HostLu hosting service within the 14-day money-back guarantee.

Moreover, the refunds are not available for additional services for example, they are limited to domain names, dedicated IPs, SSL certificates, CDN, professional services, Web development, etc. Add-on services that are started & are included in the hosting package will not be refundable if canceled within 14 days.

The customer can easily decide they have backed up & downloaded the website files & any emails from the HostLu server with information to cancel their account. If the cancellation request has been submitted by HostLu, the cancellation of the website hosting service may occur any time after the request is received by us & when a cancellation request is completed the customer’s hosting account along with HostLu as well as their website files are permanently removed from our servers. Therefore, this is the client’s duty to make sure that they have downloaded their website files & any emails from the server prior to their cancellation request.

Does not apply to accounts removed for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and Service Agreement.
If you’re not satisfied simply cancel within the first 14 days to have your money refunded.
